Interior design services are individually tailored to fit a clients needs. Photographs in the portfolio section may include any or all of the below services.

Prior to Construction/Remodel

• Selection of initial floor plan with client and architect/contractor.
• Working with contractor/architect to adjust floor plan prior to beginning construction in order to enhance clients' daily activities and lifestyle. Sketches of purposed changes provided.
• Space planning, to determine adequacy of room sizes in relation to purposed function of rooms.
• Preliminary furniture arrangements discussed to ensure optimal traffic flow.

During Construction/Remodel
Permanent fixture and finish selections may include any or all of the following:

• Window and door selections
• Roofing style and color
• Brick or exterior facade recommendations
• Plumbing fixture specifications
• Vanity and cabinetry selection, finish for cabinets, countertop selections
• Coordination and selection of lighting fixtures
• Flooring selections which include, hardwoods, carpet, tile, tile pattern specification, specialty flooring. Floor transitions determined.
• Ceiling treatments that may include ornate molding configurations, treys, vaults, barrels, coffers, etc.
• Paint colors and wall treatments including faux finish suggestions and securing sample boards from finisher.

Decorating Services

• Furniture selections and arrangements, including styles and fabrics
• Window treatment fabrications including design, fabric, trim and hardware selections
• Accessory specification and placement
• Rug selections
• Art consultations including prints to original fine art
• Floral selection and placement
