Joni Wohlfahrt, Allied ASID,
has operated her professional interior design
business in the Hendersonville area for twenty years. She earned a
Bachelor of Science in Communications/Advertising Layout and Design,
from Middle Tennessee State University. And received a Fine Arts degree
in Interior Design from Watkins School of Design in Nashville. Career highlights include the 2003, 2004 and 2005 parade of homes tours where her award winning designs have included: Best of Show, Best Interior Decoration, Best Master Suite, Best Kitchen, Best Outdoor Living Space, Best Foyer and Best Faux
Finish. Joni has served as past author of Nashville's House and Home's
"Ask A Designer" column. Many of her award winning projects have been
featured on television shows, talk shows and magazine covers. In 2006,
Joni added the Hendersonville City Hall 25,000 sq. ft. redesign project to
her portfolio. The Harrington House featured on Souther Homes and
Lifestyle television show. In 2007 she worked on Hendersonville's new
library project, a newly constructed facility that was approximately
40,000 square feet and had a budget of just under $10,000,000. Her
portfolio includes: retail, government, commercial and professional
office projects with an emphasis on remodeling and custom home designs.
